These terms govern use of Invoice Extractor (“the application”), an internal automation tool operated by Appycodes.
Last updated: 2 September 2026
The application connects to a Gmail mailbox that you authorize, collects invoice PDF attachments, extracts their details, and optionally records them in a Google Sheet the operator controls. It reads and marks invoice email as read; it does not send or delete email.
By connecting a mailbox you confirm that you are authorized to grant access to that mailbox and its contents. You may withdraw that authorization at any time from your Google Account permissions, which immediately stops all processing.
The application is provided for the operator’s own invoice-processing purposes. You agree not to use it to access any mailbox you are not entitled to, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or the server it runs on.
The application is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Automated extraction of data from PDF documents can be incomplete or incorrect, and figures it produces should be verified before being relied upon for accounting, tax or payment decisions. The operator does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on data produced by the application.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always the one posted at this address, with the date shown above.
